Kung Fu Immersion Seminar
Instructor: Grandmaster Frank Primicias
February 12, 19, 26 and March 4 from 2:30pm-4:30pm
We are excited to announce that Grandmaster Frank Primicias will be joining the studio to head up our Choy Lai Fut Kung Fu program beginning in February 2012. Grandmaster Primicias has over 50 years of experience in Kajukenbo and Choy Lai Fut Kung Fu. His training program emphasizes application of fighting techniques, making the student highly aware of the practical nature of the Choy Lai Fut system for self defense. It is both an honor and a privilege to work with Grandmaster Primicias and we are deeply grateful for his willingness to work directly with our students.
Choy Lai Fut Kung Fu is a highly effective, battle-proven martial art system that originated in the famed Shaolin Temple. Bruce Lee himself described the Choy Lai Fut system as “the most effective system I’ve seen for fighting more than one person.” Through centuries of refinement in the Shaolin Monasteries of China, Kung Fu has evolved into one of the most effective and efficient forms of martial art ever developed by man. Originally taught in secrecy to monks and later only to select Chinese families, this fascinating art is now available to everyone.
Grandmaster Primicias' Choy Lai Fut Immersion Seminar is the perfect way to jump-start your Kung Fu training or take your current skill and understanding to the next level.

- $280 for four two-hour training sessions with Grandmaster Frank Primicias.
- Enroll by January 15, 2012 to receive four additional one-hour study hall classes to review seminar material.

Introduction to Eskrima Stick Fighting
Instructor: Master Mario Gajo
Saturday, October 22nd 11:00am to 3:00pm
Learn the basics of Eskrima stick fighting from certified Black Tiger Muay Thai Kru, 6th Khan, Mario Gajo. Certified by World Renowned Muay Champion, Ajarn Vince Soberano of Black Tiger Muay Thai. Master Gajo teaches FMA training in Eskrima, Kali and Arnis as well as Black Tiger Muay Thai. Filipino Martial Arts is a versatile and unique style of martial arts that incorporates many aspects of self defense that include the use of weapons, empty hand techniques, submissions and grappling to name a few.
Seminar Details:
- $60 for the entire seminar (11am - 3pm)
- OR $35 for just the first half of the seminar (11am-12:30pm)
