Tumbling & Acrobatics with Jamie Rae

Want to take your flexibility to the next level? Do you want to work acrobatic movements into your martial arts and challenge yourself? Or do you want to learn how to flip, spin, and roll like the professionals? We Love Kempo is proud to offer private and group classes with tumbling and acrobatics instructor Jamie Rae Krememsky. Let's do this!!

Group Classes

Tumbling & Acrobatics group classes are a great way to work on your flexibility and learn progressively difficult tricks and skills. Jamie Rae's up-beat classes are fun for all ages. Plus, she works hard to give each student one-on-one attention, so everyone gets exactly what they need based on their skill level.

• Mondays 5:00pm to 6:00pm***ADVANCED CLASS***
• Tuesdays 5:00pm to 6:00pm
• Saturdays 12:00pm to 1:00pm
• Students must be present for stretching at the beginning of class in order to participate in class. Please arrive on time!
• Group lessons are $20 for a one time drop in and can be purchased in discounted blocks: 4 classes for $80, 8 classes for $140, and 12 classes for $180.
• AND Remember that group lesson blocks are interchangeable with our Tai Chi, Choi Lay Fut, and Kempo group classes! Lesson blocks can also be split amongst family members making them a versatile way to get the whole family involved.

Private Lessons

Want private time with Jamie Rae to perfect your skills and work on more challenging movements? Private lessons are the BEST way to get that personal attention. Thirty minute private sessions are $40. Feel free to split your private lesson with one other person such as a sibling, friend or parent. Please check in with Jamie Rae to confirm available lesson times.

About Jamie Rae

Jamie Rae Kremensky is a San Diego native with a performing arts background that started at age 4. Jamie now has more than 20 years of experience teaching dance.  In San Diego, Jamie has trained under the direction of Sharon Keller (San Diego Dance Centre), Donna Geiger (Dance Carousel), the California Ballet, and the Aztec Gymnastics Club.  In Los Angeles, Jamie has also trained under Bob Banas (Westside Story, Mary Poppins, and The King & I) and Tony award winning choreographer, Danny Daniels (Annie Get Your Gun, The Tap Dance Kid, Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom)

Ms. Kremensky’s technical training includes ballet, tap, jazz, character, acrobatics, theatre, and gymnastics.  In addition, Jamie is also a gifted athlete, achieving recognition as:

CIF All-Around Gymnastics Champion (1983)

Jamie has also been recognized as top teacher at Star Systems Nationals, and winner of numerous choreography awards at various regional and national dance competitions.  We Love Kempo is honored to have such a talented teacher at the studio for these exciting classes!
